Using the Acumen Online Help
The Deltek Acumen help system is a comprehensive tool that provides end-user help for all areas of the Acumen application.
Expanding / Collapsing Topics
On the Contents and Index tabs, when a topic has sub-topics, an arrow displays to the right of the text. Click the arrow to expand or collapse the section. Click on the topic text to display the page in the right pane.
Using Breadcrumbs
Breadcrumbs display at the top of the help page. They indicate the path to the page that you are currently viewing. You can click on a breadcrumb to view a parent page.
For example, if you view the "Change the Logic Trace Display Level" topic, the breadcrumbs look like this:
You can click on one of the breadcrumb topics, for example, the S2 // Logic Tab breadcrumb, to view the tab overview page.
Using the Search Feature
Type a word or a phrase into the search box in the top-right corner of the window then click the magnifying glass or press ENTER. The search results display on the Search tab. Click on a search result to display that topic in the right pane.
Online Help Display Issues
A compatibility setting can cause the online help to display incorrectly in Internet Explorer. Complete the following steps to resolve this issue:
- In Internet Explorer, click on the gear icon (
) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Click Compatibility View settings.
- In the Websites you've added to Compatibility View box, remove deltek.com.
- Click Close.
The online help should now display correctly.
